The Brut Millésimé is produced only in exceptional years. Coming from a blend of mostly Pinots from our 9 favorite villages (mainly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne), the Brut Millésime 2012 is low in dosage and benefits from long aging in the cellar, making it possible to complete its aromas of fruit with aromas of evolution which shapes this champagne in such a way as to give it complexity and elegance.
